Replenish and Rest
A gentle yoga class with a focus on slow, intentional movement. The classes often incorporate some simple breath work and always an extended rest.

Monthly Rest Club
Restorative Yoga sessions to nurture the body and mind. You will explore sequence of fully held and supported postures, allowing the body to drop down into an active rest state leaving you refreshed and energised.

Chair Yoga
Gentle and empowering classes that allow you to honour and appreciate your body. Each class will explore stabilising and strengthening movement, breath work with rest woven through.
All classes at Nurture Yoga are accessible, and open to people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. This means that accommodations like chairs and props, and variations of poses are offered to suit your needs.

Hi, I'm Anna
I am here to empower you in finding comfort in your mind and body through the invaluable practices of yoga.
I understand how hard it is to feel confident in moving when in pain and managing fatigue having been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition in 2022.
Over time I have found many tools and made countless adjustments to help me manage. Yoga is a huge part of this. The practices help me tune into what I need, ease pain, fatigue and pace well to avoid the boom bust cycle.
I'm learning how to slow down when I need to, leaning into rest as an empowering practice that recharges my energy. This allows me to build strength gently on the days when my energy is better.
My aim with Nurture Yoga is to help more of you to take the time to introduce gentle movement, rest and breath work into your life and carry on living the life you love through online yoga, and sessions in and around Nottingham.
